Strategic private investment briefing for Nigerians in Canada by Makarios

Money talks!

As Nigerians living in Canada continue to navigate cross-border investment decisions amid global economic uncertainty, demand is growing for opportunities that prioritise clarity, credibility, and long-term value over speculation.

Responding to this need, Makarios is set to host a free, private online investment briefing tailored specifically for Nigerians in the diaspora, on Saturday, February 7th.

The theme is Global Roots. Smart Returns. Participants will get practical tips on “How to Make Investments You Can Trust.”

Unlike conventional investment webinars that rely on promotional pitches, the Makarios Investor Roundtable, adopts an insight-led, discussion-focused format. The emphasis, organisers say, is on helping investors understand how to evaluate opportunities they can trust without hype, pressure, or unrealistic promises.

The briefing will be hosted by Matthew Ashimolowo and Mayowa Oluyede, who will guide conversations centred on transparency, real-world context, and informed decision-making. The organisers note that the session is structured to encourage thoughtful engagement among serious investors who value substance over salesmanship.

To reinforce openness and accountability, the roundtable will be fully interactive. Participants will join via a private Zoom setting, with cameras on, live questions and answers, and real-time dialogue, creating a space for credible exchange rather than passive listening.

The session is particularly aimed at Nigerians in Canada who are professionals, entrepreneurs, and family decision-makers, especially those seeking clearer approaches to assessing both local and cross-border investment opportunities.

Attendance is free but limited, with participation restricted to registered attendees. Interested participants can join the live session via Zoom using the registration link below:
