Luxury perfected at new heights

Mansion-sized $15 million Yorkville Penthouse coming soon

Living in a Yorkville penthouse is the epitome of well defined luxury. The highly-anticipated Penthouse coming up at 10 Prince Arthur in the affluent Yorkville enclave in Toronto downtown is taking luxury to a new level.

This Ontario priciest penthouse will offer more than 3,000 square feet of outdoor space and nearly twice as much indoor living space. An elevator will open directly into the suite, which will also have 12-foot ceilings to match the grandeur of the building. The terraces, which encircle the unit, will measure up to 20 feet in depth and almost every room will have its own walkout and access to outdoor space.

The north side of the building will overlook Yorkville’s leafy streets. Southern exposures will offer views of the CN Tower and Toronto’s skyline. Three bedrooms planned for the penthouse’s east wing will spectacularly reflect the morning sun. Jordan Morassuti, the co-founder of the developers, North Drive, told Mansion Global that “In most high-rise penthouses, only the brave dare step outside. Here, given the building’s intimate scale, you’re nestled in the treetops.

In the kitchen, wide-plank oak flooring and marble or Caesarstone countertops will complement Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances and Kohler Kallista plumbing fixtures. The building itself will boast a contemporary facade in a mix of materials. Handmade brick from Denmark will form the exterior, along with Indiana limestone and Algonquin limestone from Northern Ontario.

With 5,918 of living space set and 3,102 square feet of outdoor space, the penthouse stands elegantly between the ultra-luxurious retail strip nicknamed the “Mink Mile” and some of downtown’s priciest real estate. 10 Prince Arthur is an inspired collaboration between Award- Winning developer North Drive, architect Richard Wengle and interior designers Michael London and Brian Gluckstein.

The North Drive developers aptly described the project as  “a collection of artfully composed terraced residences that offer a lifestyle of unrivalled elegance and exclusivity. Nestled in a coveted community that is synonymous with prestige, glamour and opulence.

Luxury seems to have been perfected at 10 Prince Arthur. Have $15 million to spare by 2024? Then it can be all yours.
